Description:

We are looking for a motivated, top‑notch Payment Posting Specialist I who wants to deliver exceptional results. The right candidate will self‑start with strong attention to detail and quickly manage responsibilities.

• Posting ERA/Manual payments
• Reviewing and applying contractual payor adjustments
• Great attitude and ability to work autonomously
• Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective and efficient manner
• Performs detailed follow‑up activities on assigned accounts according to procedures
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Enjoys being a team player
• Great at using Excel and Word
• Experience with Central Reach and Office Ally a plus

• A Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1‑2 years of previous job experience in Payment Posting
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and insurance claims.
• Proficiency in Central Reach, Sales Force, and the Google suite of products.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
• Experience working both in and out of network environments is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and orally.
