Must be willing to take on the challenge of being the first person hired in the newly created Allied Healthcare group in a major insurance company! This is a fantastic growth opportunity with the chance to grow an entire division from scratch. Responsibilities:
• Establish and expand an underwriting group focused on a book of business including:
Medical Spas, Surgery Centers, Pharmacies, Home Healthcare, Medical Imaging Labs, Walk-in Clinical Laboratories, Hospice Care Facilities, Individuals involved in therapy including social workers and dieticians, nursing homes, etc.
• Develop, maintain, manage, and grow a book of business.
• Identify, target, solicit, and negotiate new business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with wholesale brokers in the region.
