Saransh Inc is seeking an Inpatient Coder for a remote W2 position. The successful candidate will review documentation to code various diagnoses and procedures, ensuring a minimum accuracy rate of 98% while adhering to internal productivity standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of inpatient coding experience, preferably at Academic/Trauma Level 1 facilities.
Qualifications include AHIMA credentials (CCS, RHIT, or RHIA) and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must. Flexibility and adaptability to change are essential.
