School Speech Language Pathologist; SLP | Pearland, Texas

Make a difference for young learners by providing expert speech-language pathology services to elementary students. This contract position offers a unique blend of in-person and remote work, supporting a diverse caseload at an elementary campus just off Highway 288. You'll work with approximately 60 students including those in intervention, ECSE, self-contained K-4 classrooms, and a behavioral support program helping each child reach their full communication potential.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current CCC-SLP credential required
• Valid state licensure to practice speech-language pathology in Texas
• Minimum of one year of prior school-based SLP experience (required)
• Familiarity with TX school processes is highly preferred
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and adapt to evolving student needs
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with diverse teams
• No clinical fellowship applicants at this time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary students
• Design and implement individualized IEPs based on student strengths and needs
• Conduct progress monitoring, assessments, and comprehensive documentation
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, intervention teams, and support staff to ensure holistic student growth
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to student eligibility processes
