We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our team. This position operates within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model, providing person-centered mental health and substance use treatment services to individuals across the lifespan. In this role, you will provide direct clinical services, support recovery-focused treatment planning, and offer consultation and education to community agencies, professionals, and the general public.
Hybrid work options are available for qualified staff, and both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
- Must have a Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, mental health, or another behavioral health-related field

- Licensed or license-eligible preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, person-centered treatment planning, and evidence-based practices preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Flexible hybrid work-from-home options available for part of the workweek

- Provide direct mental health and substance use treatment services to consumers through individual, group, family, and collateral interventions as appropriate
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans that support recovery and wellness goals
- Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused therapeutic interventions
- Offer consultation, education, and outreach services to community agencies, professionals, and the general public
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care within the CCBHC care model
- Support continuity of care through coordination with healthcare providers, community partners, and support systems
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards, regulatory requirements, and CCBHC guidelines
- Promote recovery, resilience, and improved quality of life for individuals receiving behavioral health services
- Provide services in outpatient and community-based behavioral health settings, with hybrid work opportunities available for qualified staff
- Support individuals and families experiencing mental health and substance use challenges through integrated, person-centered care
- Engage in meaningful work that promotes recovery, wellness, and access to high-quality behavioral health services within the community
ALL candidates must be able to type and have basic computer skills, possess a valid driver’s license, eligibility for coverage under center liability insurance and individually held vehicle liability insurance with a clear background check.
