Licensed Clinical Therapist
Eugene Therapy, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Eugene, OR. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team, you will be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.
Since 2010, Eugene Therapy has provided individual, couples and family counseling for children, teens and adults. Our clinicians are focused on meeting the mental health needs of our neighbors in Eugene, Springfield and surrounding community.
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will provide evidence-based treatment for a broad range of mental health conditions, reflecting the needs of a diverse patient population. What you'll do:
- Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders
- Provide treatment using evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other modalities
- Track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in symptoms or complications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in the state of Oregon
Preferred qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience post-master's degree providing behavioral health services
- Experience providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families
- Experience using computers for professional communication and medical documentation (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or other EHRs)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Pay range: $69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target pay
