Direct calls to appropriate area for services not provided in Patient Access Scheduling;
Receives requests for information and ensures distribution in a timely manner;
Schedules, admits, and pre-authorizes insurance for patients in area assigned;
Acting as the first point of contact to provide empathetic, compassionate solutions and help patients navigate the system
