Location Requirement: Must reside in the state of the caseload supported (e.g., North Carolina for NC caseloads).
Travel Requirement: Monthly in-person visits to assigned locations.

• Provide remote clinical supervision and guidance to ABA programs across multiple locations.
• Support temporary and shared caseloads rather than maintaining a fixed, full caseload.
• Collaborate with onsite clinical and operations teams to ensure consistency in treatment delivery and quality standards.
• Conduct virtual parent trainings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Review and provide feedback on treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and progress reports.
• Travel to assigned locations at least once per month for in-person supervision, team support, and relationship building.
• Assist with coverage needs, program transitions, and center openings as needed.

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• State licensure (as required) in the state of residence and service delivery.
• Minimum 1+ years of BCBA experience (preferred).
• Experience with telehealth service delivery (strongly preferred).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
