Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30 pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day to give our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine. $1000 stay‑on bonus.

Positions are available now throughout New Hampshire. This position specifically serves NH clients only.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Maintain assigned caseload and ensure the proper implementation of in‑home services in accordance with referrals made by DCYF.
  • Collaborate with DCYF to respond to referral requests, create treatment plans, participate in treatment meetings, and provide regular clinical documentation.
  • Develop treatment plans with measurable and attainable goals in collaboration with families and DCYF.
  • Adhere to all documentation requirements of service delivery, including assessment writing and report writing.
  • Participate in reporting progress to the court system through in‑person appearances and written reporting as requested.
  • Provide therapeutic intervention to children, adults, and families in home and community‑based settings.
  • Provide parent education and supervised visitation as needed.
  • Serve as clinical lead on cases when multiple providers are assigned.
  • Interface with DCYF, the NH court system, schools, behavioral health providers, and other treatment team members to provide quality service delivery.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation responsible for responding to phone calls to provide support to families.
  • Be available in the early evening; most visits occur in the afternoon or early evenings. Schedule is subject to client needs.
  • Assess client risk on an ongoing basis and consult with the clinical supervisor regarding any safety concerns.
  • Transport clients, including children, with car seat and booster seat installation as required.
  • Document all clinical contacts and documentation through the Electronic Health System.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related human services field, valid under NH state guidelines, and at least 2 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting; OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related human services field, valid under NH state guidelines, and at least 5 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in a home or community setting.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle; proof of insurance required.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship is available.
  • Access to high‑speed secure internet.

Compensation

Full‑time salary range: $55,000–$60,000.
