360 is looking for a compassionate, patient, and reliable professional to provide home-based support for a teen with Autism in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. You will be responsible for delivering one-on-one support using evidence-based strategies, helping the teen develop skills and independence.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with individuals with Autism, be bilingual in Spanish and English, and be comfortable working independently. This position offers a flexible part-time schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a teen’s growth and daily life.
