A competitive income potential of $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year comprised of a base salary, commission, and bonuses.

• A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Provisionally licensed mental health professional (MSW, MFT, LMHC, PLPC) valid in the state of Missouri.
• Training in completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
• Learning to work with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e‑mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems.

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community.
• Full‑time requirements include obtaining at least 25 minimum billable sessions per week, primarily seeing clients in the clinic and also offering telehealth for work from home.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
