Full‑time position based in Jacksonville, FL, with remote work available for clinicians in any location. Salary range: $48,000–$65,000 per year. FLSA status:
Exempt.

The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model will collaborate with physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and other licensed mental health professionals to deliver coordinated, collaborative care to patients.
You provide individualized psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed. You will have the autonomy to determine scheduling and length of sessions for each patient.
Clinicians typically work Monday‑Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, but the schedule is customizable. You will manage clinical care and documentation for each session; billing, collections, credentialing, and other administrative tasks are handled by OMH’s support team.

- No on‑call or additional time spent dealing with insurance companies
OMH is a growing, clinician‑led company. Clinicians may advance to senior psychotherapist or site supervisor positions. Site supervisors are geographically dispersed to provide leadership in the areas served.
Education & LicensureRequirements include completion of an accredited program and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC) in the state of Florida, with ability to practice independently. Licensure in Massachusetts and Colorado is preferred.
