Social Worker; LICSW Long-Term Therapy

Overview

Vancouver Clinic is a physician‑owned, multispecialty clinic that prioritizes high‑quality patient care and a supportive work environment. We are seeking full‑time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) to join our Mental Health Department.

• Deliver evidence‑based psychosocial treatment and brief behavioral interventions.
• Treat common mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders.
• Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Work collaboratively with 8 psychiatrists, 4 Psy‑NPs, and 15 therapists.
• See an average of 24–28 patients per week, with flexibility for both in‑office and remote appointments.

• Current unrestricted license as a LICSW in Washington or ability to obtain licensure.
• Residency in Oregon or Washington to be eligible for remote work.
• Minimum of two years’ experience treating mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Demonstrated ability to engage patients in therapeutic relationships.
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of how chronic and acute disease impacts functioning.

Pay range: $71,213 – $106,820. Includes an $8,000 starting bonus and CME allowance as provided.
