Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician

A true FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE! Afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.

Responsibilities include working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment.

The clinician is responsible for completing required documentation for ongoing treatment, including developing treatment methodology and interventions, writing progress reports, and developing treatment plans. The clinician will guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home-based services for clients.

This position supervises Direct Support Professionals. It does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study
• Active clinical license - LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Starting at $64,000
• Stay-on Bonus at 6-months - $1,500 for LCSW/LMHCA, $3,000 for LICSW/LMHC
