Shared Services Patient Education and Community Referral Coordinator
Greeley County Health Services (GCHS) seeks a coordinator to serve as a key liaison among regional shared‑services programs, local communities and referring providers across Western Kansas. The role coordinates patient education initiatives, strengthens referral networks, promotes oncology service awareness and leads community and provider outreach to improve access to oncology, surgery and other specialty services.
The coordinator enhances patient navigation, increases early detection and treatment engagement and supports the overall growth and visibility of the regional oncology program.

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, communications, marketing or related field preferred. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in healthcare outreach, patient education, marketing or care coordination preferred. Experience in oncology, rural healthcare or population health preferred.
Location:
Tribune, Kansas. Travel required.
