About Us
ABI Resources helps people recovering from brain injury, stroke, and TBI live and recover provide Connecticut community care and home-based supported living services.
Responsibilities- All aspects of home and community life.
- Ensuring consistent safety.
- Providing a healthy and professional friendship.
- Personal hygiene and dressing.
- Scheduling, attending, and reporting on medical and therapeutic appointments.
- Shopping, cooking, and cleaning with the client.
- Organizing consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment.
Full-time or Part-time. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available. Weekday and weekend schedules are offered.
Qualifications- Drug screening required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience working with people with disabilities (preferred, not required).
- Driver's license required; reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Letter from a person or employer verifying experience.
