Registered Dietitian

Full‑time Registered Dietitian positions are available at Coventry Meadows, Summit City Nursing, and Canterbury Nursing and Rehab. The role focuses on assessing nutritional status and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized nutrition care plans for residents.

• Use clinical knowledge and experience to perform assessments and identify residents’ nutritional needs and those at nutritional risk.
• Interview residents, family members, legal representatives, and others to gather information for individualized care plans.
• Cooperate with interdisciplinary and clinical teams.
• Conduct regular meal observations and interview staff and residents to ensure proper nutrition delivery.

• Current Dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• Current certification and/or license in the state(s) in which practicing.
• Preferred:
  Nutrition documentation experience.

After 90 days, alternative scheduling options and potential remote work may be available.
