The Village Life Center Texas is seeking Fully Licensed Contract Therapists to provide outpatient behavioral health services to children and adults. In this role, you’ll work as part of a collaborative care team while maintaining autonomy in your clinical work.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and establish diagnoses.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to assigned clients.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and reimbursement standards.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality, coordinated care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency policies.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related clinical field from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Texas license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking).
• Ability to meet documentation and compliance standards.
• Successful completion of background check, drug screen, and TB test.
