Novant Health is seeking a Medication Management Specialist for a hybrid position based in Winston-Salem. This full-time role, scheduled Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, involves evaluating medication therapies, collaborating with healthcare providers for effective treatment, and educating patients on medication safety.
Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, at least five years of pharmacy experience, and hold PTCB Certification and NCBOP License. Strong communication and patient interview skills are essential.
