We are looking for a Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician to work with families in‑home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The clinician will also guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home‑based services.

The position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff but will supervise Direct Support Professionals.

• Work with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments.
• Develop treatment plans and provide family consultations and trainings.
• Supervise direct treatment and support direct treatment staff.
• Complete all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including treatment methodology, interventions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home‑based services for clients.

• Bilingual.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field.
• Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
• Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Starting at $64,000.
• Stay‑on bonus at 6 months: $1,500 for LCSW/LMHCA and $3,000 for LICSW/LMHC.
• Bilingual stipend available.
