We are looking to bring on an experienced LCSW-C specializing with Child and Adolescents to join our team at the Owings Mills.

The perfect candidate will be comfortable seeing 18 clients per week, while providing supervision to pre-licensed therapists.

• Have a strong resume with at least 1-2 years of experience working in a fee-for-service private practice.
• Maintain a weekly client billable caseload of 18 patients.

• Master’s degree with current licensure in the state of Maryland as an LCSW and be a Maryland Board Approved Supervisor.
• On-site 3-4 days per week.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong working knowledge of state requirements regulating mental health practice.

• Provide clinical oversight to pre licensed therapists.

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
