Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Travel

Telehealth - BCBA Role with Limited Travel Travel to the Atlanta area twice per month is required - 2 to 3 days each time $85,000-$95,000 base + bonuses (up to $107,000 total) Must live in Georgia A New Kind of BCBA Opportunity

This role is primarily a telehealth position where eight out of every ten days you will be able to make a difference with children affected by autism from your home office. However, to ensure the highest quality standards, we require you to travel two days every two weeks to your assigned market to foster stronger relationships with your clients, their families and your team.

Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects

As a vital member of our ABA team, you’ll lead family‑centered therapy for children with autism and guide the success of your clinical team. Your impact includes:

    Conduct FBAs, set individualized goals, and design evidence‑based treatment plans.
