Home Based HBTS​/PASS Clinician

Position Overview

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician to work with families in‑home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The role involves completing required documentation, writing progress reports, and guiding staff to ensure effective implementation of home‑based services.

• Conduct behavioral assessments with families in‑home.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide family consultations and training sessions.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Document treatment methodology, interventions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
• Guide staff to ensure effective implementation of home‑based services.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field.
• Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, or LMFT.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs.
• Availability to work morning, after‑school, and evening hours.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A compassionate approach to care.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

• Starting salary of $64,000.
• Stay‑on bonus at 6 months: $1,500 for LCSW/LMHCA, $3,000 for LICSW/LMHC.
