Myspectrum is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Online Therapist (LCSW or LPC) to provide therapy via a HIPAA compliant platform for clients in Virginia. The role allows flexibility, as therapists can create their own hours and work from anywhere in the state.
Therapists will handle sessions virtually, maintain treatment plans, and be supported by a team that values input. Compensation is competitive, based on a 60/40 split per session with health benefits available at 30 billable sessions weekly.
