Istss is looking for Behavioral Health Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to provide care and support to members in the United States, North Carolina. The role is full-time with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 11:45 AM to 8:15 PM EST. Responsibilities include creating connections with members, answering questions, and reviewing claim histories.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare call center and is proficient in Microsoft Office products. A comprehensive benefits package will be offered along with a competitive pay range of $17.00 - $31.30.
