Herzing University is seeking an inaugural Program Chair for its Online Mental Health Counseling (MMHC) program. This position involves leading all aspects of program development, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards, and shaping the program’s vision. Candidates must possess a doctoral degree and demonstrate extensive experience in mental health counseling and higher education teaching.
The Chair will also be responsible for recruiting and evaluating faculty while collaborating with university leadership to support program infrastructure. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including a salary range of $89,250 to $120,750.
