Humana is seeking a Medical Coder / Coding Educator 2 to identify opportunities to improve provider documentation and craft tailored education plans. Reports to the Manager, Medicare Risk Adjustment, and will travel up to 5% as needed.
You will arrange educational sessions, analyze coding data, and develop reports to drive improvements in documentation quality and risk adjustment outcomes. A CPC certification and several years of education/auditing experience in healthcare are required.
