Strive ABA Therapy in Chelsea, MA invites dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our home-based ABA team. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans addressing behavioral management, social, daily living, and community skills for children with autism.
A minimum of 1 year experience with children who have disabilities is required, with active RBT certification. Travel up to an hour from home is expected; daytime and evening availability helps families.
