Physicians Choice Home Health is hiring a full-time or part-time/per diem Physical Therapist (PT) to serve patients in the South Bay of Los Angeles. The PT will provide high-quality home-based therapy, supervise a PTA, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
The role requires CA PT licensure, CPR/BLS, strong communication, and the ability to travel to patients’ homes. Home health experience preferred;
Well Sky/Kinnser charting is a plus.
