Bilingual-FFS-Outpatient Therapist job at Northeast Family Services. Brookline, MA.

Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths and realize their full potential, using individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.

Hybrid position: work from home with only one day in office per week.

• $45/hour for MA Level
• $50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• $55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• $65-$70/hour for independent license

• 50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
• 75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
• 90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250

• Non-English language capacity
• Experience
• Select clinical specialties

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (Required)
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
• Independent Clinical License within 2 years
• Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus
• Hybrid position – Must be able to work in one of our office locations 1 day a week.
