School Readiness with Purpose
Our PREP
360 program helps children build skills for preschool, kindergarten, and beyond. As the center BCBA, you'll guide:
- Preschool-style routines and classroom readiness
- Group learning and peer interaction
- Communication and social skill development
- Early academic foundations
- Independence and adaptive skills
- Family collaboration and transition support

$90,000 – $100,000 salary (based on experience and competency)
Up to $20,000 annual bonus potential
Bonus structure focused on consistency and clinical quality

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No evenings
No weekends
No major holidays
Your time outside of work actually matters here.
Hybrid FlexibilityAfter your first 90 days, enjoy up to 10 hours per week of remote work for:
- Parent trainings
- Program modifications
- Report writing
- Administrative responsibilities
This gives you added flexibility and work-from-home balance while still maintaining strong in-center collaboration.
What We're Looking ForBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Experience in early intervention, center-based ABA, or school readiness preferred
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA
Collaborative, supportive mindset and love for working with families
Interest in growth, leadership, and shaping a positive team culture
