What You’ll Do:
- Receive behavioral skills training from master’s and doctoral-level clinicians on the assessment and treatment of problem behavior.
- Gain experience designing and implementing functional analyses
- Gain experience designing and implementing function-based treatments across a wide array of learners
- Gain experience with graphing and data interpretation
- Receive behavioral skills training from master’s- and doctoral-level clinicians and educators on designing and implementing protocols to establish important repertoires (e.g., communication, life skills) for our learners.
- Work under an excellent model of supervision
- Observe ethical, compassionate, and person-centered decision-making and problem-solving
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs
- Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Teach and support skill development in areas such as:
Communication and social interaction Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene Vocational and pre-employment skills Adaptive physical education and self-preservation - Receive paid training and coaching
- Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment in both classroom and residential settings

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
- Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle
- CPR training (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
- NECC CALM training Physical and Verbal De-escalation training and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
