Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Hybrid / Telehealth-Primary (Bilingüe / Se Habla Español)

Northwest Indiana (Hammond, IN Tele + Home Base)

Please read before applying — this is a licensed, Indiana-based hybrid role, not a fully work-from-anywhere position:

  • Active Indiana LBA licensure required
  • Must reside in or be able to reliably commute to Northwest Indiana for scheduled in-person community/in-home visits
  • Not open to candidates outside Indiana licensure

Setting: Telehealth-primary clinical model with scheduled in-person, community-based visits Schedule: Full-Time Starting Salary: $100,000/year + performance-based bonuses

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families across Northwest Indiana through a hybrid service delivery model. The majority of clinical work — supervision, parent training, caregiver coaching, documentation, and treatment planning — is conducted via telehealth, complemented by scheduled in-person visits in the Hammond, IN community and surrounding areas.

This role is well-suited to a BCBA who wants the flexibility of a primarily virtual caseload while still maintaining real, hands‑on relationships with the families and RBTs they support in Northwest Indiana.

About This Role

We're looking for a clinician who is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care while building trust-based relationships with families and caregivers — whether that connection happens over a video visit or in someone's living room. Our team prioritizes clinical integrity, collaboration, and meaningful outcomes — not paperwork for paperwork's sake.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy in home/community settings, via a mix of telehealth check-ins and in-person visits
  • Provide parent training and caregiver coaching (primarily telehealth)
  • Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Travel into the Northwest Indiana community for scheduled in-person sessions and site visits as needed
  • Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices across a hybrid service delivery model
What We’re Looking For
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing (
    required
    )
  • Active Indiana LBA licensure (required — or immediate eligibility)
  • Based in or able to reliably travel to Northwest Indiana for in-person visits (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
  • Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for scheduled in-person/community visits)
  • Comfortable working within a telehealth-based supervision and service model
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, in person and virtually
  • Commitment to high‑quality, ethical clinical care
  • Not accepting applications from students or candidates currently pursuing BCBA certification
Why Achievers ABA
  • $100,000/year starting salary
  • Performance‑based bonus + referral bonus program
  • Generous maternity/paternity leave
  • Flexible, hybrid scheduling
  • Manageable, clinician‑friendly caseloads
  • Clinical autonomy with supportive leadership
  • Collaborative, accountable team environment
Our Values

We are a values‑driven organization. Our team is built around being:

  • Committed
  • Humbly Confident
  • Genuine & Authentic
Bilingual Candidates

Spanish‑speaking BCBAs are strongly encouraged to apply. We serve a diverse community, and bilingual skills are highly valued. Se habla español! Valoramos a los BCBAs bilingües que quieren formar relaciones auténticas con las familias que atendemos.
