Job Overview
Physical Therapist (PT) for the outpatient pediatrics team at Prevea (West Depere). Provide rehabilitative therapy to pediatric patients of all ages with a range of conditions including neurological, orthopedic, developmental, and sensory‐related diagnoses.
Schedule & LocationFull‑time, 40 hours per week. Clinic hours 7:00a.m.–5:30p.m. 8‑ or 10‑hour shifts. No weekend or on‑call duties. Facility:
Prevea, West Depere.
Pay Range: $37.71 – $56.57 per hour, based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education.
Responsibilities- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence for pediatric patients.
- Assess and treat patients across a broad spectrum of clinical areas, including neurological, orthopedic, developmental, and sensory‐related conditions.
- Provide care to all age groups from infancy through adolescence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated, high‑quality care.
- Graduate (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral) from an accredited physical therapy program that meets state licensure requirements.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice (Illinois); licensure required within 1 year for new licensees.
- Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion of BLS within the first 90 days of employment.
- Experience in pediatric PT, with familiarity across neurological, orthopedic, developmental, and sensory conditions. Demonstrated ability to treat patients of all ages.
