Mental Health Therapist

About the Role

We’re building a world of health around every individual, and we are looking for Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our team. This is a 40‑hour/week, fully remote position supporting patients 13 years and older. The ideal candidate must be a licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania, and be willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed.

• Provide psychosocial support and education to patients ages 13+.
• Deliver evidence‑based care, including assessment and treatment planning, to support the continuity of care for patients.
• Practice at the top of your license with autonomy to grow your practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.
• Collaborate with the clinical care team and document care in electronic health record systems.
• Engage patients through virtual therapy delivery as required.

• Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs.
• Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short‑term counseling skills using evidence‑based methodologies such as motivational interviewing, problem‑solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.

• Exceptional interpersonal and team skills.
• Experience with or willingness to learn virtual therapy delivery.
• Deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health.
• Comfortable using EHR systems and engaging on multiple platforms.
• Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements.
• Strong crisis intervention skills.
• Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.

• Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university.

Pay Range: $29.10 – $62.32 per hour (base hourly rate). The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
