Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst​/BCBA,

Eligibility

Only certified BCBAs, BCaBAs, or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program will be considered.

• Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
• Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000–$18,000 (paid monthly)
• Sign On/Retention Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)

The $90k–$95k range applies to the Clinical Supervisor role; the $95k–$100k range is for the Senior Clinical Supervisor role.

• Lead clinical supervision with integrity, delivering high-quality care.
• Make clinical judgments and design treatment plans based on client needs.
• Collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees and access resources, tools, and goal banks.

Must be a certified BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT, or currently pursuing BCBA certification.

• Hybrid – 2 work-from-home days per week.
• 25 paid days off.
