Rendevor Dialysis in the Chicago metropolitan area is seeking a Dialysis Home Therapies Registered Nurse (RN) to support the growth of our new home dialysis program, delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
You will educate and train patients and caregivers on home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, perform assessments, develop care plans, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, state health mandates, and company policies.
