Catholic Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide home care services within the LIFE program. You will support participants with self-care and daily living activities, and tailor interventions to age-related goals in a home setting.
Responsibilities include delivering OT services to participants, families, and caregivers, and contributing to program goals in a home-based and LIFE program context. NY licensure is required and prior frail elderly experience is preferred.
