Job Summary – Find Your Purpose And PassionA Direct Support Professional (DSP) mentors and supports individuals with a variety of disabilities in daily living activities, essential life skills and community engagement experiences. You have the flexibility to work part time or full time. Starting wage is $18 per hour based on experience. Typical working hours are Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm.

- Perform personal care tasks, including assistance with basic hygiene, grooming, feeding, movement, toileting and health-related tasks
- Learn how to document services provided, such as daily activities, individual abuse prevention plans, individual program plans and assessments
- Other reasonable, related duties as assigned by the supervisor or other management staff
