Role DescriptionAs an integral member of the TNLH team, the Direct Care Worker works one on one with our clients and their families as a key member of their team. The Direct Care Worker helps the client build daily living, social, communication, and safety skills. Job responsibilities are carried out within the client's local community as well as within family home.
No experience needed to start – we offer the training you need! High school diploma required.
Responsibilities- Actively engage in learning opportunities
- Ensure confidentiality of clients and families
- Maintain all necessary certifications and trainings
Part-time. Salary: $20.00 per hour billable.
Schedule is flexible and is made with employee, supervisor, and client's family based around client need and employee availability.
Supplemental Pay Types- Bonus pay
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driver's license & reliable, legal transportation needed (registered, inspected, and insured vehicle) (Required)
One office location; travel/remote work within community & home.
