Pharmacy Technician needed for Closed door semi-remote pharmacy opportunity

We currently have long term, temp to hire placement opportunities in a closed door pharmacy and remote settings. This position requires in pharmacy training prior to transitioning to a remote pharmacy technician role. Training period hours will be Monday-Friday, 8-5pm. Remote hours once training is completed will be Monday-Friday, 9-6pm or 10-7pm; closed on holidays and weekends.

Job

Duties include:

• Answering Phones:
  Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns over the phone
• Processing Orders: accurately enter and manage patient orders in the pharmacy management system
• Compliance:
  Ensure all activities comply with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Work closely with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients
• Must have good customer service skills and work well with others
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must live in Arizona due to on-site training requirements
• CPhT & National Certification
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualified candidates will have recent pharmacy technician experience. Must have Arizona CPhT and National certification. Must be able to attend onsite training. Additional on-site training may be required periodically as programs are on‑boarded and systems are updated.
