Sunrise Therapy Services is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in the providing home based services to children and families in the Arizona Early Intervention Program (Birth to Three) and to, possibly, provide services to children 3 and older (DDD).

• Provide evaluations, participate in child and family assessments, and provide ongoing therapy to infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Services are provided in natural environments including, but not limited to, the child’s home, child care centers, parks and other community settings.
• The primary focus is to assist parents/caregivers in supporting their child’s learning and development within their everyday routines and activities.

• A Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Arizona
• Pediatric experience is preferred
