Overview
The Certified Medical Assistant Coordinator collaborates with the Assistant Practice Manager and the Practice Manager to ensure the efficient and effective clinical operations of a practice. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for daily clinical operations, supports employees with solutions for everyday operational needs, manages multiple projects and special work assignments, and supports the Assistant Practice Manager, Practice Manager, Director, and other leadership team members as needed.
It requires collaboration with cross-departmental/divisional teams to achieve goals, taking initiative to implement new processes independently, and acting as a role model for the clinical team with subject matter expertise in clinical areas.

- Serve as a role model for the clinical team and act as a subject matter expert in clinical areas.
- High School Diploma
- 2 years patient care
- 1 year administrative
Medication Administration (certification/training) is preferred. BLS required within 90 days of hire.
