We are hiring a Field Support BCBA to provide clinical support to our home-based ABA programs throughout the region. This unique position is ideal for an experienced BCBA who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting treatment quality, coaching Behavior Technicians, and partnering with families.
As a Field Support BCBA you will provide hands‑on support, quality assurance, and clinical guidance to technicians, and families. Your expertise will help ensure exceptional treatment outcomes while strengthening our clinical teams across the region.

- Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Provide in‑home parent training and case supervision.
- Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) and data analysis.
- Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
- Must live in, and be licensed in Maryland
- BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Cultural Awareness:
Collaborate, communicate, and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds, embracing and respecting cultural differences and socially significant clinical outcomes.
- Ability to travel to clients homes 4 to 5 nights a week.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
- Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.
