Crisis Connections is hiring a 988 Crisis Call Specialist to provide life-saving emotional support to individuals in mental health crises. This role is part-time or full-time and fully remote across WA, AZ, OH, and TX, with a union-represented status and a pay rate of $26.79 per hour.
As a compassionate, calm professional, you will assess risk, coordinate with clinicians, and help callers access resources while documenting interactions in the electronic health record. Training is provided.
