Signature Performance is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder to join our nationwide remote team. You will review medical records, assign diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines, and ensure accurate coding to support appropriate reimbursement.
Responsibilities include auditing documentation, resolving coding discrepancies, and communicating with clinicians via queries when needed. Prior experience with EHR systems and professional fee coding is required.
