Location: Tappahannock
Humana seeks a Medical Coder / Coding Educator 2 to identify opportunities to improving provider documentation and to tailor education plans for each assigned provider. You will report to the Manager, Medicare Risk Adjustment, and drive education sessions and data‑driven initiatives.
Responsibilities include organizing sessions, analyzing risk areas, and preparing reports using data visualization. Travel up to 5% supports on‑site education and collaboration with provider-facing teams.
