Hybrid BCBA
Pay: $80.00 - $95.00 per hour
Job Type: Part Time / Possibility for Full Time

Medical, Dental, PTO
- Provide direct/indirect supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases
- Design behavior intervention plans and clinically review session notes on a regular basis
- Analyze ABA data and implement data‑driven program changes
- Maintain clear lines of communication with families, techs, and administration
- Conduct assessments as needed
- Applied Behavior Analysis: 6 months mandatory experience
- License/Certification: BCBA required
- Work Location:
Hybrid/Remote in Georgia
Golden Care Therapy is an ABA therapy provider delivering home‑based services for clients throughout the United States. We offer hybrid and remote BCBA opportunities with an 80% remote and 20% in‑person work mix. Our admin team has experience as ABA therapists/RBTs, supporting a dedicated, passionate team. Annual performance reviews provide constructive feedback and professional growth.
