Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Coding Professional, Inpatient to support payment integrity by reviewing inpatient claims, validating DRG assignments, and ensuring adherence to official guidelines. You will report to the Manager, Payment Integrity.
This role requires RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CIC certification and 5+ years of inpatient coding experience, with audit or validation background and strong DRG knowledge. CDI and SOI/ROM concepts are essential; 3M Coding software experience is a plus.
