• Salary ranges from $80,000-$120,000 plus weekly bonuses, you drive your earning potential!

• Provide home-basedphysical therapy topatientswho have lost mobility, strength and functionality due to an illness or injury
• Workas part ofahome health teamwhich may include anRN, LPN, CNA, HHA,OTandSLP, focused on the patient’s plan of careand goals
• Observemovements,conduct assessments,documentprogressandmodifycare plan as needed
• Assistpatient withexercises and hands-on therapyto manage pain and increase mobility
• Educate patient son their plan of care,established goals, exercises and self-care
• Coach family ontheplan of care, therapy goals and safelyassistingwith exercises

• Graduate ofanaccredited
  
  Physical Therapist Program and  activePTlicense in Michigan(NEW GRADS WELCOME!)
• 1 year of clinical experience, preferably within home health in the last 5 years
• CPR certification
• Good clinical judgement, strong interpersonal skills,dexterityand compassion
